In short: Fabulous trail challenge, great atmosphere
In full: Having done the Garburn, with the same organisation, I knew everything would be first rate. But this course and distance made for an extra special experience. Thanks Graham and Claire

In short: There cannot be a more beautiful trail to run, and the long rolling down is well worth the initial climb.
In full: The medal I could manage without - bring back the stew! - but the race was great. You can't beat that scenery, and the course was very well chosen, with a sustained but runnable climb at the start followed by a long rolling descent to the lakeside and a flat final third. Highly recommended.
