In short: Fantastic, well organised, great atmosphere and very friendly
In full: A credit to the organisers, as a non affiliated runner who turned up on my own I thought the atmosphere was great and everyone was very friendly. The marshalls were excellent and the tea loaf divine!

In short: if its not uphill its downhill - very undulating course
In full: I enjoyed the liversedge for the most part, the course was challenging if a little dull as its mostly running at the sides of main roads but there is some of the course on smaller roads too which were enjoyable. Very well organised, well marshalled and enough drink stations if you like water - would have been nice to see an isotonic drink or two as well. I smashed my PB but i think it was more to do with me feeling good than any advantage the course gave. Not a mindblowing affair but pleasant enough and at a time of year when there isnt much on my calendar anyway so it was most welcome. well done roberttown. R

In short: Tough in parts but very enjoyable.
In full: Organisation was spot on. Very helpful at Community Centre. Marshalls outstanding. Couple of tough climbs and a steep descent into town. A very good day.
