In short: Extremely well organised, fantastic views.
In full: Probably my last race before the festive season. First time and I loved it. Afraid the first hill took a lot out of me and while there was a lot of fast downhill, my legs had gone! Should be a twice yearly event as would like to run again when in London marathon training. Great organisation, would have been nice to have a medal to remember today by!

In short: Best 10K of the year - v.scenic and friendly race
In full: Everything is right about this race. v Scenic - the zig zag path as you come out of the trees is awesome. Couple of hills but not too bad - ran it with two first timers and both are now converted to running.
Very Well organised - and good to see on race notes for 2005 that the only minor points of toilets and parking are being addressed.
