In short: An excellent race with definite PB potentual.
In full: The water stations could have been manned all of the way around and the direction to the event were poor, but all-in-all and excellent coarse that was perfect as a final warm up for London.
Thanks to all the marshalls for their great support

In short: Great half marathon. PB potential. Running past cows and fields.
In full: Great half marathon. PB potential. Running past cows and fields. Only gripe: could do with more toilets!

In short: Course is described as flat. No, it is undulating. All on country narrow lanes needing several dodges around cars and tanker lorries. No showers and toilets inadequate for the numbers.

In short: A nice half, rural without being particularly scenic. PB potential if you are in form but not one worth seeking out just for a fast time.
