In short: Great race, thoroughly enjoyed it and will definately be back! In full: This race was such fun. The hills, mud and water only made it better. The atmosphere was great, the marshalls as usual did a great job and fellow competitors were really supportive and encouraging, especially the man who convinced me to put in a bit of a sprint at the finish. In short: Great countryside, good atmosphere - with mud, water and hills into the excellent mix of terain! In full: First time I have done this event and it lived up to the reviews. A great setting, good organisation and well signed and marshalled. No distance markers but that might have been more depressing than helpfull. If you want a good multi terrain challenge this would take some beating, the closest I know of would be the full monty but that is definitely shorter. I'd recommend it, and will hopefully be back again next year. Date of review: February 24, 2008

In short: excellent race In full: First time running this race and I wasn't dissapointed, organisation and marshalls excellent, also supporters great. Could have done with more toilets as quite a long queue, even with getting there early. Great cakes. Date of review: February 24, 2008

In short: Excellent race although easier than the Rough and Tumble 10 due to the considerably drier conditions. Marshalling was exceptional and atmosphere was good Date of review: February 24, 2008

In short: Excellent and challenging experience In full: A very challenging race with a whole mix of obstacles along the way. A very enjoyable experience and a good training session for the London marathon. I thought the organisation was very good. Date of review: February 24, 2008

In short: Barking mad race for barking mad people In full: You know you are in for one hell-of-a run within the first mile and it just gets better/worse after that. Don't do this if you are scared of heights or are agrophobic. A very good atmosphere and well worth the effort. Will be there for the next one. Date of review: November 10, 2007
