In short: Big disapointment
In full: I guess it's just not my thing I prefer something a little smaller so I shall not be back next year. I enjoyed the ongoing motivational commentry about how fast everyone else was it was like wartime propaganda. I can't slate it enough to be honest.

In short: Great race with 10,000 runners. Flat and well organised.
In full: A great run with excellent organisation. Allow plenty of time to park and get to the start as there is a long walk. The start was delayed due to people stuck in traffic outside. Lovely medal and goody bag but once again the t-shirts were too big! The average runner is NOT XL! A good mixture of people of all levels. Plenty of water and lucozade drinks stations and friendly marshalls. We will be back next year.

In short: Great race with fantastic marshals and drinks stations. Although the course seemed to be just over 13.3 miles!

In short: Excellent big race!
In full: Always enjoy silversone and organization is all ways good (although some traffic problems resulted in a delay at the start) Echo view above that the course appears to be measured about a quarter of a mile too long which cost be a sub 1:30 run!

In short: Very Pleasantly surprised
In full: I'm not quite sure why there was a delay at the start - but it wasn't really a problem.
I'd been drafted in at the last minute as a RW pacer, which meant that I got to run with a whole load of really friendly people - and was able to meet up with quite a few people that I knew would be aiming to run at somewhere around my pace.
The weather was kind - the support was fab, and the marshalling was top notch.

I hadn't expected to be racing a Half this weekend, and this race isn't one that was really on my radar. But I was really pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. And the two laps on the race circuit were awesome.

In short: Why is it always overmeasured??????
In full: Don't get me wrong - i LOVE this race and have done it for the past 5 years but its always measured long. Consistently 13.35 for the last 3 years which makes a potential PB impossible to beat at the sharp end. I crossed the 13.1 mark in 75 today but ended up with a 77.
Also, they alwayd hand out XL t-shirts. A bit naughty as this is sponsored by Adidas and they of all people should know about the shape and size of the majority of runners!!

Nevertheless- a great first timers race, lovely flat course, loads of great support, plenty of toilets and parking. Mr Bedford just sort out the annual gripes and this will be one of the best.

Also wanted to say that for those training for a marathon you can rejoin at the 7 mile mark once finishing and complete a 20! Hurts but great to complete a 20 with lots of people around.

In short: Good organisation as usual.
In full: For a big race, this is a bargain, with good organisation and marshalling. I couldn't see why they had to delay the start, though- you know it's a popular race, so set off in good time! Perfect weather this year, and a nicer t-shirt than last year (although still big enough to house an average family!).

In short: Good race - couple of issues to resolve
In full: Good race and most worked fine - with nice weather good course - if you like F1, and nice medal, tee and goody bag
On the down side shame delay to the start - if it had been colder then would not have been happy, and some delays to exiting the car park and roads near venue

In short: Great PB race, excellent organsation and crowd
In full: Mostly flat course, twice round Silverstone and the bits in the middle.
Quite a warm day, but the gentle breeze made up for that.
Excellent marshalling, and organisation with good support from the spectators.
Good 1/2 marathon training for London...!
