In short: Great race, one or two improvements and it would be an Excellent race
In full: Good race but one or two quibbles that if acted upon would take it to next level:

Start - didn't hear a gun - just saw people running so thought better get moving

Medics - not many on view over course

Traffic and pedestrians - one idiot in car at Linstock and dog walkers 3 deep on decent of Stanwix Bank caused a bit of an obstacle

A few things that could be sorted - other than that great race, through beautiful rural countryside...give it a go

In short: Another great race - thoroughly enjoyed it!
In full: The race and the course itself were fab - friendly marshalls, plenty of water stations, well mapped out route, glorious weather, pretty scenery.
Now the moaning bit - start was a bit of a shambles, however to be fair the complaints from last year had obviously been taken on board and had tried to be eradicated with limited success - the long walk to the start and double lap of Bitts park seems to be the problem. Also baggage storage - where was it? I got a lot of misinformation from a steward doling out numbers for changing areas. Liked the glass momento but a medal would have been nice - i can't hang up a glass paperweight!

In short: Nice scenery. Good through the little villages - plenty of encouraging spectators to keep me focussed.

In short: Great Day
In full: A good run, only problem could have done with more medics going around, as couple of runners had problems, and no one on hand for them straight away. Otherwise great done and another pb for me. So thanks Carlisle
