In short: Lovely course but admin dodgy
In full: Great course but website substandard-not enough info. Goody bag included a Cotswold brochure, pack of lo-salt, unsharpened Saab pencil and a pack of beef jerky (not great for veggies). Kids race got a goody bag the same except no t-shirt and an adult-sized cap.

In short: A definite challenge, and fun as well
In full: Didn't know what to expect and found it harder than I expected though not as wet or muddy despite the torrential rain the night before. Some more markers in the denser wooded areas would have been appreciated. I'd definitely give it another go next year.

In short: Another good "hell run" - lots of hills and forest running
In full: The mildest of the three hellrunner races - but great location. Longer forest hill climbs, not so many serious bogs. The Scottish horse flies got most people!

In short: not had so much fun since i was a boy!
In full: This was my 3rd organised run after a couple of 10ks i thought i would give it a bash. it wasnt as hard as i thought it was going to be. But i think that it was more to do with the fun iwas having than my fitness being brilliant. :) bit disappointed that we didnt get a medal tho

In short: If I go down instead of up when I die, at least I know there's a good race there!!!
In full: My 1st trail/adventure race but it won't be my last. I thouroughly enjoyed the race even though I am now hurting in places I didn't know I had!!

In short: Hard work and fantastic fun
In full: If you like mud, standard and near vertical hills, twists, turns, forest tracks with overhanging branches, fallen trees and suicidal descents then this is the one for you. I'd never done anything like this before and had a great time. I'll certainly be back for more next year.
