In short: The clue is in the name!
In full: The hills, both up and down, are killers. Slight congestion on first hill but soon spread out. Great views whilst trying to get your breath back. Well organised, fab brownies and flapjack at the finish. Another well organised AAT event.

In short: Appropriately named, well organised and throughly enjoyable.
In full: A very well organised event. Nice early Saturday start gives plenty of recovery time over the weekend, and it's needed. Thanks go to the friendly, helpful and encouraging marshals too. Definitely recommend this one, but don't expect an easy Saturday trail session.

In full: If you like your races tough, then this is the one for you. Hard, hilly, technical and all off road, this race is fantastic. There are glorious views of the Surrey countryside, and very steep ascents and descents. It definitely 'hurts,' but it's definitely worth it!

In short: It can be hilly darn sarf
In full: About as tough as it gets in the south, I guess. Very well organised and I like these early Saturday starts - a whole weekend to recover/feel good about having done it. But what sort of races do you people doing the ratings normally enter?! This is showing 31% PB potential at the moment. The only PB you're going to get on this course is for this course!

In short: A great way to start the weekend
In full: An excellent race - well organised, well marshalled (friendly and lots of encouragement too), a friendly bunch of participants and a beautiful woodland route with some stunning views along the way. Well done all involved.

In short: Meets the requirement of the trade description act! Fliipping tough and it did hurt.
In full: Great race again from allabout triathlon. As usual, beautiful scenery over the North Downs, supportive marshals and well sign posted. T-shirt included as part of price. A friendly crowd so, while tough course for beginners, it is very welcoming. Will definitely do again.
