In short: Great race. More buses required.
In full: Fantastic race with great pre-race communication. Not enough buses for park and ride. Alternatively, could the buses not have gone the OTHER way, down the prom, dropped off at the end of the START road on the prom and returned down the prom to pick up again. Threading through the streets was reminiscent of The Great North Run and felt unnecessary. Superb medal, the best yet. Great choice of bacon butties too. See you next year.

In short: Excellent Event
In full: Right from entering this event through to the day itself I thought that this was one of the best organised races that Ive ever taken part in. Love the dog theme and jokes. The e-mails were worth a laugh! Organisation on the day, if you discount the park and ride, was exceptional and enthusiastic! Great medal and shirt. Im sure that the organisers will sort out the park and ride that was obviously foisted upon them but it would put me off going again if it wasnt sorted as hanging around in the cold wet conditions wasnt great and I would have preferred to dive straight in the car and get home. So, if my scores look a bit mean, the park and ride was the sole reason, other than that this is a special race!

In short: Loved it!
In full: As this race starts right at the end of my road I can't comment on the traffic issue or the park n ride (not the mad dogs fault by all accounts), but I ran a PB and loved it despite the freezing weather. My daughter ran the crazy pups and loves the goody bag! Defo a must for next year!
