In short: not that flat but still got a PB :-)
In full: well organised, friendly event. Glorious scenery on the hottest day so far nice spring sunshine for watching tho. Some challenging hills i have to say specially at mile 11 - "who said Norfolk was flat?" was a much used saying for the day at the post run chat. plus i got a PB which always makes for a good race.

In short: Superbly organised, challenging course, a great race.
In full: Superbly organised, challenging course, a great race. Everyone has commented on the hills, but the great weather helped make it a great event, and I even managed a PB !

In short: Very well organised. Marshalls and people manning the drinks stations were very supportive. A fair few hills but nothing too bad. The first warm weather run of the year. I'll be back next year.

In short: It's definitely not flat but still quickish. A really nice race and all the competitors seem to enjoy themselves. I rarely race on the road nowadays (legs won't take it) but have done this race 4 times in the last 5 years.
