In short: As previously said, faultless
In full: I can only reiterate the other comments. This was a wonderfully organised race made even better by the glorious conditions. Well done to everyone involved. Superb.

In short: No dreaded bottle necks to effect your time, good atmosphere and friendly supporters
In full: Great race for me. PB for the first half and then went on to complete my first marathon! The weather was ideal, warm but cooled slightly by the second lap. Would highly recommend this race against any of the more expensive, "commercial" races. £17, a bargain for such a great day!

In short: Great organisation
In full: Lovely race - quiet on the second lap and abit of traffic but not too bad. Loved the finish, commentary & facilities. Rather do this than London or other "big" races.

In short: Very well organised and friendly half marathon
In full: Great organisation, many thanks to all involved including those manning the water station/sponge stations (really grateful for these in the warm conditions)and to the many marshals along the route who gave encouragement also. It was well worth the trip from Cardiff. 1st race I've done with a steam loco running by. Bizarre! One downer was that I did feel sorry for the Marathon runners though, many of whom had to run with traffic on their second leg. Respect to them.

In short: Clockwork organisation
In full: I did this for the first time last year and drove through snow flurries to get there - so quite a contrast this time! Very well organised - in fact, flawless - and a good if testing course. The warmer, stiller weather made me much more conscious of the traffic fumes as you run past the standing cars (all of whom seem content to let their engines run) and along the A38 section, but that's a small beef. Hats off to those who did the second lap - one was enough for me!

In short: Well Organised & Marshalled, with plenty of water stations. Shame the second lap through the town centre was so busy with traffic.

In short: Excellent race. Great support. And a PB
In full: Organisation was great and very clear instructions. Great facilities. When picking up my bag afterwards the staff had it hand ready to give me as soon as I got to the desk

Loads of support including in the rural areas that you may not expect it.

Marshalls were friendly and efficient as well as the police and the helpers at the water and sponge stations

Medal, water, t-shirt and a cup of bovril at the finish

Race MC was excellent and even announced every runner as they came in with some entertaining commentary.

Weather topped it off
Many thanks
