In short: Long Way to travel from Chester but worth doing.
In full: I ran on sunday only to find they have lost me. My number 1341 does not exist neither do I. My chip was working but nothing seemed to register. Anyone else had this problem ?.
My garmin also recorded 13.39, was this the exact as last year I thought there was a bit I did not remember ?

In short: A wonderful first half-marathon
In full: I really enjoyed this race. Excellent organisation, ample water and lucozade along the course, no hills, lots of support from marshalls, spectators and friendly St John Ambulance types and a nice goody bag at the end. Everything I hoped for from my first half-marathon. I hope to be back next year.

In short: Very Well Organised, Generous Goody Bag, Nice & Flat
In full: This was a very well organised event.Yes it's flat & windy but then Silverstone did used to be an airfield . . .That said, nice wide, mostly flat course with good drink stations and generous goody bag. I saw someone complaining that they couldn't bring their dog - this is Silverstone's policy and it WAS stated in the mag that was sent prior to the race. Good for specatators whi had good access to various parts of the circuit.

In short: Good value race, well organised and conditions were good
In full: A good training run before London Marathon, can't quite understand people complaining about the scenery it is on a motor racing circuit! it is always to a degree windy and the goody bag has all you need after a race, is the T shirt that important? to compare value for money look at Bristol or Stratford half marathons.
