In short: Good for PB, watch out for wind
In full: Enjoyed race as was a PB but weather spoilt it a bit. Agree with comments about toilets so could do with more. Chips should really be posted out with numbers to limit number of queues you face on the day.

In short: Fast course (but for the wind) and very well organised apart from the delayed start
In full: Prizes were fairly stingy as winner of category recieved a £10 wine voucher (???) and only prizes for first place, but other than that very friendly environment and very well organised (car parking, loos, chips etc)

In short: Happy with result
In full: Love the race and yes more loos would be nice. Only thing that upset me was getting off the car park at the end. Took nearly as long as race!

In short: good as it ever was
In full: Liked the momento, only bad point was the delayed start as i kept us huddled in the biting wind. Never bothered with the loos just made use of the bushes on the car park/field

In short: post the chips!
In full: this is my local race, i do it every year and its always enjoyable on a nice rural flat course. i would like to suggest posting out the timer chips with race numbers next year as you dont expect to have to q up when you have entered in advance.

In short: Fur coat and no knickers
In full: To explain the one-line summary, this is a club race pretending to be otherwise. Expensive for a club run but "ideal for fun runners"? Yes, in terms of a flat course, no, in terms of welcome and organisation. Car park stewards were lovely, but lots of assumptions that non-club-types knew what to do, where to go, etc. Volunteers tried really hard to get everyone chipped-up and moved along but queues for loos were too long. Drinks at 5k completely obscured to stragglers, so desperately grateful for the people at 6k ish giving out water at their houses. Uninterested marshals (yes, I know its pretty thankless, but all the same) and crowd just looking out for their mates rather than encouraging everyone. Memento was a nice posh little number, but would happily have traded that for a little positivity on the run, hence summary. Dispiriting for Beginners. P.S. I have done Club runs before and have only ever posted positive reviews... I PB'd but I doubt I'll be back.

In short: Still problems with facilities
In full: Always a good course but let down a little by lack of facilities and being over priced.

In full: Only three loos; could have done with a couple more.
