In short: easter eggs mmmmmmm
In full: wasn't sure whether to do or not as ran hanham yesterday. glad i did as got a pb. now i know a lot think its easier for a pb on the flat but personally i prefer something a bit 'lumpy' maybe so that the effort isn't so persistant. so all in all well pleased. Nice egg, nice course, good marshalls (thankyou) and no real hiccups

In short: well organised run
In full: fast course with some very good athletes at sharp end...very friendly reception from host club (Yeovil running club). nice chocolate egg to scoff afterwards..only negative point was the shower area that was crowded with gym equipment that the royal navy should have tidied up! thanks to marshals who turned out on a bank holiday to ensure that this race was safely managed.

In short: A solid, well organised 10k
In full: The Easter Bunny didn't put in a personal appearance but thankfully left some choccy eggs at the finish line! All in all a well organised, rather low key event. Course was decent with real PB potential (although not for me this year!).
All good but could be made even better with a bit of imagination about the theme..
(I've never seen the Easter Bunny but I guess he is quick)

In short: Good chance for a PB
In full: On the plus side there is a good chance of running a PB on this course which, apart from one very short slight incline followed by an equally short sharp descent, is pancake flat. Apart from that though there isn't a great deal to recommend this race. There's nothing fundamentally wrong with it -apart from a distinct lack of toilet facilities, given the number of participants - everything's just kind of average really. The views weren't anything special, there weren't many spectators, the one water stop was terribly efficient etc. etc. BUT if you want to run a fast time, you will undoubtedly want to do this race.

In short: Mostly flat and fast with a couple of inclines
In full: An excellent 10k - really well organised and nice to get a hot shower after. Makes a good day out when combined with the Fleet Air Arm Museum over the road.
