In short: Did anyone mention the wind?
In full: Well done Portsmouth for a great race, well organised, and a great track start and finish. Shame about the flooded paths and strong winds, but I'm glad I did it and will be back.

This seems to have been the best attended HRRL so far too - well done for that.

In short: Great facilities pre/post race, nice flat course and 1000+ runners.
In full: If it wasn't for the crazy strength wind hitting me on the last mile I would have been very happy!...boy it made me work extremely hard to reach the finish line. Well organised race and looking one I will do next year again.

In short: No pb today!
In full: Super race generally but the wind today was difficult, excess of 40/50 mph off the sea at times!!
Great to start and finish on the track.
Will definitely return next year.
Thank you to all marshalls for support.

In short: Wet and windy - but a great race regardless!
In full: I really enjoyed this run, even though the path was underwater for about half a mile near IBM (soggy trainers, ergh!) and I lost quite a bit of ground in the final mile due to the 40mph winds! I must admit I got a bit frustrated with it but I soon cheered up when I saw my time!! (Definite PB potential) Will be back next year without a doubt!! :)

In short: Nightmare parking, but great pb course.
In full: Always nice to start and end on a track. Yesterdays storms had the effect of also adding a lake to wade through on route. Wind was fantastic behing you (first mile averaged 5 .09 pace but the last mile was unbelievable! I saw a guy in front of me get knocked off his feet by the sheer strength of it. Many others were going backwards. Myself, it knocked the wind out of me, and any chance of a pb.
In perfect conditions this must be one helluva race though. Mile markers were spot on as was the total distance. Some confusion as to funneling at the end and one stroppy marshal but overall well organised and fun.

In short: definitely a pb course, but the weather was in charge today.
In full: I really enjoyed today's race in a perverse sort of way. I enjoyed the challenge of the heavy winds. A good well organised race.

In short: Good Race, managed a PB. Would have been better if the weather wasn't so awful. Big puddles and wind made it quite challenging but a nice atmosphere none the less.

In short: Well organised - nice flat run - windy on the day which made it harder - ran a PB but could have been quicker without the wind - would do again.
