In short: Great event and wonderful atmosphere. Many thanks again!
In full: Since I last took part 3 years ago some route changes have been an improvement. Only disappointment was the 15 minute wait towards the end to get over a stile so no PB was possible again. Thanks to all marshals, spectators and the steel band! The Remembrance Sunday acknowledgement before the race was very tastefully done, as usual. Many thanks again to everyone involved.

In full: No support from my family wet and cold for them. Still felt welcome and had fun all the way around. This was my dream run. I love Mud

In short: If you want a challenge that will put a smile on your face then this is for you.
In full: Thank you spectators and marshals for being there in the pouring rain. Even we were waist deep in mud and water you laughed with us and cheered us, in the hope we'd fall over!

In short: Fantastic race
In full: This race was fantastic fun- I ran/slid/waded the entire thing with a grin on my face. Excellent organisation, including free red bull at the start (much needed on a cold Sunday morning), and great goody bag, refreshements and somewhere warm to change at the end.

Definitely doing it again next year!

In short: This is THE race of the year
In full: Difficult to add to what has been said already. Not just a race but an event that cannot fail to make you think at the start with the 2 minuite silence, laugh at others as they slip and slide just before you do the same, gasp at the hills, curse that heavy muddy field, grimace at the water feature and ache and feel and inner self satisfaction for days after.

Thank you Bitton Road Runners

In short: The muddiest fun i've had in years
In full: Twelve months ago i had serious surgery and on the anniversary of my op. i wanted to do something special to mark the ocasion. I went to Sodbury and ran the slog and had a muddy good time. The cheer i got when i went headlong into 18 inches of liquid mud was brilliant while the band played on !! When i got to the river i thought great, i can wash off all this mud and was basically clean again only to go across the road and end up face down in liquid mud again, when i got to the finish they could'nt see my number. Marshalls and spectators in the rain and cold were brilliant. Mud, mud and more mud, i'll be back for more.

In short: Awesome, just awesome
In full: A gentle mile on the road at the start and then a gentle mile on the road at the end, except by then it felt like a 1:4 hile

Mud and mud and water and water and mud and water and slurry and god knows what

This should be number 1 in the Runners World race list, because ...........

Well do it yourself and then you will know

In short: Great (muddy) stuff
In full: Well done to Bitton RR for another great race, that has to be the wettest and muddiest slog ever. Thanks to all the marshalls and helpers for an excellent race.
