In short: Great race, great course, but £2 for results ???
In full: this is a brilliant race, ideal for first timers or those after a pb, but Help the Aged have turned it into a money making scheme - £10 entry, £1.42 booking, and if you want to know how you got on then its another £2 - disgraceful.

In short: Attitude of Help the Aged has left a bitter after taste
In full: What's put me off is the way that Help the Aged are refusing to release the race results unless you pay £2. They wont put them on a website. Race entry was a whopping £11. It's a bad example of a greedy charity trying to muscle in on running events. I'm tempted to find another charity to support!

In short: good fun, nice atmosphere, but annoyed about the pettiness of withholding the results unless you pay another two pounds

In short: Generally a fast race that meets the needs of beginner through to club runners
In full: Disappointed about results process - having pulled a group of new corporate runners together, still no idea how we did. Paying for results is disappointing, particularly as we have been fund raising within the Company

In short: Great atmosphere at start but still don't know my finish time!
In full: Why did we have to pay after the event for race results & Wait so long? A real downer at the end of an otherwise enjoyable event.

In short: Charging for the results leaves a sour taste
In full: The organisation was very good, and seemed to be able to cope with the increased entry.
However the decision to charge a further £2 for the results was a big mistake. Help the Aged have done their cause no favours with this petty action.
