In short: Hot & Hilly
In full: A good challenging race. Seemed to be going up and down most of the time. Very well marshalled - loads of water stations and sponges.
Water bottles at the stations and a goody bag with something to eat at the end would be great additions

In short: Great scenery, great atmosphere.
In full: Great atmosphere and loads of support from those watching. It was the prettiest course I've run and could only have been improved by cooler weather.

In short: Well organised. Hot. Organisers could think about an earlier start. Despite roads being well marshalled, still some impatient drivers who insisted who were annoying at best and dangerous at worst. Plenty of water stops. Thanks New Milton

In short: A very enjoyable run autumn run with the middle sections boasting great scenery.
In full: Quite warm on the day, particularly when running through the higher forest sections that were quite open (I would imagine this to be quite unpleasant on a very windy day! The run did have a few hills, but don’t be deterred from running this event if you include some hill training pre race day. Thoroughly enjoyed the run and was very pleased with a PB, great support from the crowds at the begin and ends (and the pockets around pubs en route!)

In short: Great Event, wonderful atmoshpere and support
In full: This was my first half marathon and I loved it! The atmosphere was great and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support along the route. The close encounter with the local wildlife (stampeding New Forest Ponies) was interesting, as was the irrate car driver who was most upset at being delayed by us runners, "What the hell is going on?" she shouted at a marshall!! I'm sorry but we did laugh! Would recommend this event to anyone considering a half marathon next year. I would't fancy the full marathon tho' not with those hills!

In short: My 1st Half Marathon, loved it, great support and well organised
In full: Possibly the only person that didn't think it was too hot, far better than shivering on the start line. 11am start is great so us Londoners have time to get there on the day and run somewhere with stunning scenery and clean air!

In short: hot, hilly, friendly!
In full: Marshalls and support was fab, plenty of water and sponge stations saved the hot day for me. I was stuck running in an 18 inch wide gap next to a caravan which was a bit scary, but otherwise had a fab day, and was generally very impressed with the organisation. Agree that some of the loos from the muster area could be moved to the carpark, but generally the queues were pretty short, and the hog roast was lovely.
