In short: A well organised race in a very pretty village
In full: Picture postcard Frampton village green makes for a great location for the start/finish area although having to run past the BBQ and the Pub at the start was cruel ! ;-)

A fast mostly flat course, well marshalled and a few nice views of the river on the way, will definitely be back for more next year. Oh and the burger was well worth the wait !

In short: This is always a nice race
In full: I am recovering from an ankle injury, so this flat road race was a good tester. See you next year.

In short: Well done - given the circumstances, though it got dark...
In full: This race was postponed due to the severe flooding earlier in the year - so unfortunately a few of the slower runners would have been finishing in the twilight.

The course was flat and fast as advertised (I knocked about 3 minutes off my PB) and there was a good sized field.

The half pint of cider at the end was a good touch (though I think the bar staff in the pub must have got fed up with explaining that we had to go elsewhere to get our drinks - perhaps some guidance when given the token that the drinks were being served at the yacht club?) and the BBQ was fantastic (real meat in the burgers!!!).

I'm sure we'll be back...

In short: Great conditions for a PB if I had only trained prior to the race........
In full: This is my first time of doing this race and everything about it was great, apart from the fact I had not trained for two weeks prior to the race. With such a PB potential I will not make the same mistake next year.
