In short: Great race with some real challenging hills. A little gem of a race
In full: I wasn't sure what I was getting in to when I turned the first corner and was faced with a killer hill. Another came by at 3 miles or so...that was worse. Eventually I just went for the hills rather than holding back...I would have been their all day otherwise. Great race, well organised and a nice small field. I didn't realise there were hills in Lincolnshire...now I know!

In short: Very tough but organisation and support from local club fantastic!
In full: Not for the faint hearted this was one challenging 10 mile race. Steep climb in the first half mile was a shock. Very rural route with picturesque villages. Marshalls were excellent and very friendly. The race was great value for money with a sweatshirt and tasty buffet afterwards. What a lovely find. The race wasn't full but I hope it will be next year.

In short: Tough, yes, nice to get round
In full: Fantastic scenery, organisation brilliant, tough race with mostly club runners, but such a friendly crowd. Makes you want to join. Race was tough, however the scenery and good natured runners made it a great day. Presentations at the pub really good, food and beer excellent, good sweatshirt, thanks to the Wolds Vets, well done
