In short: Good PB material on a flat and fast course
In full: Got a PB (sub 2hour) so I loved the course. Friendly atmosphere and nice goodie bag. Marshalls did not take my time so thankfully I had a stopwatch! Bit too relaxed starting time which did hamper me a little as I had timed my carb intake to the minute! Mile markers and sponges could be animprovement. Medal okay but would have liked the option to buy a T-shirt on the day as well.

In short: A perfect day out
In full: Six laps of a flat parkland course shouldn't be such fun but thanks to the hard work of the organisers it is a great day out for runners of all paces (and the best PB chance you're likely to get anywhere outside of a track).

In short: Finally a flat half, made my PB there. Amazing organizers, friendly atmosphere. Great location, in London and still countryside scenery.

In short: Nice course, although not so exciting on the 5th and 6th laps. Fairly well organised. Mile markers would really have helped with the timing though.
