In short: Race would be much improved by using some of the great countryside around WGC rather than have us doing two laps of cycle paths & housing estate. Course is flatish, but you're always turning corners, dodging bollards etc. Mile markers a bit outt.

In short: Hotter and hillier than expected.
In full: Good traffic free route but two laps round the industrial estate isn't particulary inspiring.
Plenty of toilets, water and marshalls. Well organised.

In short: Overall a decent 10 mile race. Course was very dull though
In full: The course could have been better. Running through industrial areas is never really uplifting. But overall a well organised race. Maybe it suited club runners.

In short: An enjoyable first race, would have liked to have seen more novices like myself.
In full: Could have done a better time if the Marshall in Watchmead had been better at telling us which way to go - as a consequence, I added on half a mile to my course and 5 minutes onto my time. Otherwise, the organisation and encouragement from the Marshalls was very good and much appreciated.

In short: Good race with a potential to do a good time.
In full: This is our first time doing a 10 mile event. Nice course but not through the prettiest parts of WGC. Shame about the school gate at the beginning where we all came to a grinding halt. Don't normally like doing laps but this 2 lap course didn't feel too bad. Would do again next year!
