In short: Fast again
In full: A course for the PB. Even the breeze didn't slow us down much. A greatevent that is well mrashalled and an excellent running surface. Myonly complaint is the usaul - walkers and very slow joggers at the front, one day someone will get hurt.

In short: Fast, flat course. Definite PB opportunity
In full: Well organised event. A great end to the week - a fast 5k course in a pleasant setting, with a BarBQ afterwards. Perfect unwind for runner (and family).

In short: It was our first race, so I had no great expectations apart from finishing.
In full: Disappointed that there was no signage to the event, not even in village or very close proximity to the event. Even more disappointed that they booked me in under the wrong name & I wasted 10 minutes of valuable stretching time trying to find my race No & timing chip. Also disappointed that they advertised "a goody bag" that never existed (according to one or the staff).
On a much happier note; The atmosphere was really good, one of the reasons I would do it again.

In short: Flat, well organised, friendly
In full: This is a great race whether a beginner or 'pro' looking for a PB. I am neither but still enjoyed the challenge. The start could do with arranging in estimated finish time order to stop the struggle on the opening straight and it would have helped if there had not been 2 x 4k markers (I may have started my homeward struggle, oops I mean sprint later!). Really friendly bunch cheering and encouraging to the end. Thanks.
