In short: Good flat course, chip timing for accurate times, and wave starts so the course doesn't get too crowded.

In short: This race gets better each year. Well organised. Only problem was it took almost as long to get out of the car park as to run the race. This is a small price to pay however for such a great race. Roll on 2005

In short: Excellent - both for beginners and vets. A must do race .
In full: 2nd GSR - enjoyed even more this year - a bit 'windy' but you can't have everything. Great PB course improved by 7 minutes from last year to 74mins. Excellent idea to start in waves - sooo much more room to get into your stride!
Def be there next year - would recommned staying over in Portsmouth if you can to avoid jams at the end.
