In short: More toilets PLEASE!!!!!!!
In full: I have a couple of 'gripes' one is people who clearly should not be in a wave e.g. orange slowest speed was 1hr 20 yet some people were slower than this as were some people a lot quicker in the other waves causing bumping and barging! I felt soooo sorry for the white and green waves (i was in orange and yes i was inside 1:20) when 2 miles into the race the heavens opened and the white wave at this point hadnt even started what on earth must the green wave have been like?

Anyway i digress! My main 'moan' is at the orange wave WHY ARE THERE NO LOOS NEAR THE ORANGE START??? this cuses inconvienience (pardon pun) to all as the orange wave have to 'muscle' in with white and green wave to use loos causing more tailbacks whilst waiting for them not to mention the hassle of getting back to the first wave! Please someone out there get this problem sorted!!

It has been said before but i echo comments when i say the race is getting bigger than the organisers are catering for! with a bit more consideration and planning this race could go back to what it used to be like!
P.S. goody bag rather disappointing this year!

In short: Terrible organisation - as has been said before the waves DO NOT WORK
In full: This could be a great race but we were asked to stand around for too long in the wind and rain - especially those in the last wave(weel over 30 mins). No obvious organisation in each wave. This is no substitute for the Great North run.

In short: Too many people, sort out the wave start!
In full: I've felt more let down by the event in 2006 than any other. I accept that the weather didn't help but it's simply been allowed to grow too much. Too many people and the wave starts just don't work.
Drink stations don't work and the goody bag this year was well below that of other years.
Need to do better next year I think!

In short: First big event for me, and I loved it!
In full: It was a shame that the slower runners such as myself weren't all in the final wave, and had to put up with faster people elbowing their way through and then insinuating PB's weren't reached because of this!
I enjoyed it anyway, and I got a PB by finishing!!

In short: As my first 10 mile race, I really enjoyed it considering the wind and torrential rain. It was a good run for me. Good crowds considering the weather. Good atmosphere. Would definitely do it again!!

In short: Big city 10 miler
In full: It was obviously a popular race "too" popular it was congested. Lots of crowds very windy and weather not good for racing.

It's a great intro into 10 milers for someone who hasn't done one. I prefer the small 10 milers and bigger halfs/marathons

In short: Felt really sorry for the supporters in the rain. They were fantastic to turn out in the numbers in those conditions.

In short: Windy & wet but still my fastest time!!!???
In full: Excellent event again. Well marshalled, well signed and the addition of a lucozade sport station was very welcome. Only two gripes - the goody bag was a bit stingey for the entry fee and it took me almost as long to get my car off Southsea Common as it did to run the race! Organisers might want to look at these for next year, but I'll still be back for more.

In short: Wet Windy but brilliant day!
In full: Crap weather made the day memorable. Many thanks to supporters and musicians braving the elements keeping everyone motivated. Such a fantastic atmosphere will mean I will return next year. Organisation was good -access to and from start/finish was stress-free. Plenty of toilets (unlike Great North) and changing facilities at leisure centre were excellent. Great run t-shirts good quality but goody bag disappointing for steep entry fee. Looking forward to beating this year's PB!
