In short: Thoroughly Enjoyable
In full: Good well run race with the only down side is the car parking. Well marshalled and well supported. Nice and flat for the first half with a nice challenge in the second half of the run. My local Half Marathon and will be a fixture in my running calendar.

In short: Great setting and organisation. Well marshalled and supported on the route. Added bonus of being mainly flat but still interesting due to great scenery

In short: Great occasion. Well organised
In full: Travelled over from Washington, tyne and Wear on Saturday nd stayed overnight.
Arrived an hour before start so plenty of parking. Thought it was well organised, well marshalled and everyone seemed helpful and friendly.
The course was generall flat but a testing climb at about half way point for a mile or so.
Conditions were ideal, bright sunshine but still nice and cool. really enjoyed the day and the race.

In short: Very well organised and a pretty quick route
In full: Parked away from leisure centre and walked in so missed traffic in and out of car park, would do that again. Stuck bag in a locker and had a brew and flapjacj for £1.20. Race start was a little unclear but no great shakes.

Course is flat except the section between 6-8.5 miles when you get a bit of up and down. Track finish is nice and there was sandwich at 50p a go which was very good value. However, I wandered over to leisure centre for a bacon buttie. Good event and will hopefully be back next year.

Thanks to all involved.

In short: Great race, with generally good organisation
In full: A good course with excellent Marshalls and encouragement from passers by. Good to organisers respond to feedback making it a good value for money event - will be back next year. Good facilities available. Get there early for parking - that's my only negative - but don't let it put you off.
