In short: Interesting distance with some challenging hills
In full: Well organised, appreciated the facilities (eg showers etc). Particularly liked the long sleeved wicking top - hard to get white ones but needed for night time running.

In short: How all races should be organised!
In full: Fair enough there are some minor industrial and mundane sections of this route, but overall the fresh kent country air and views from Rabbits Lane more than make up for the M25 & a few warehouses.
Great organisation, all marshalls and helpers were extremely polite, helpful and encouraging to all who took part.
Second time in the race for me and I'll be back again year after year, it's definitely on my favourites list!
Well done Dartford Road Runners!!!

In short: One of the best organised events i have ever done (done over 50 races) - see below f
In full: rarely do you find a race when all parts of the organisation was spot on: a team of 4 (yes 4) people processing late entries, 4 people working in the bag storage area, tons and tons of marshalls. i have run 50 races and rarely has the organisation been as slick but personable as this - keep it up guys. My second time - will be back next year.

In short: Enjoyable
In full: Firstly DRR have done a great job in organising and pulling off a great race. It's a challanging course, great marshalls, and nice t-shirt, shake, banana goody bags etc. Downside the start was abit congested which added another minute to my first mile by comparisson to the rest of the race. You also need to take care overtaking runners on some of the route as you have to step into traffic. But all in all I will back again next year.

In short: A good race but don't let it get any bigger
In full: This is a good race early in the year and well organised, although the route is not exactly inspiring. However I think DRR need to be careful about letting it get any bigger; the car parking this year was not good with no organisation, and the last three miles along Green St Green road is becoming too congested; the footpath is quite narrow and runners are needing to step into a busy road to pass. When this race was 500 people that was OK; as it gets to 1500 DRR may need to find a way to close the roads more effectively.
