In short: A great way to start the running year.
In full: Did it last year and was impressed. This year it was even better and the weather simply amazing for January. Organisation is First Class and stewards and marshalls very helpful and polite. It has to be one of the friendliest races I've ever done!

In short: Very well thought out and organised race with good facilities at the finish. Nice run although traffic on main road section could put some people off.

In short: Very friendly, great marshalls and excellent organisation
In full: I did the Roman 1X many years ago and it was very good. This was even better. Everyone was so friendly and relaxed without sacrificing efficiency and concern for safety. As I do no other 12k races this has the potential of a personal best every year! Well done Stratford AC

In short: Another top NTR IX race
In full: Near perfect conditions created a good race. Well marshalled, 3 water stations, perfect organisation at the start, with ample parking and ship/number collection points.
Not a bargain race given the cheap t-shirt momento, but won't stop me from returning for 2012!

In full: Easy parking, quick number/chip collection, started on time, efficient results service, good shower facilities. Everything ran like clockwork, what more could you want.

In short: Great Race, even for 12K first timers like me
In full: Really enjoyed the race; it is very well organised and well marshalled. Registration went smoothly and quickly, parking was easy and close to race HQ. There were lots of club runners (and I am a recent addition) but it didn't have an intimidating atmosphere at all. Everyone was really supportive and cheery, which is great. The course was tough but did not kill me. I would recommend it even for slow runners like me. A good introduction to someone starting to build up their mileage. Highly recommended and t-shirt a nice memento; I felt well looked after and will do it again next year.

In short: Great Organisation. Not just a warm up race, has its own charm.
In full: I've done this one many times, and it is always one of my favourites. Many other race events could learn from Stratford AC, as the overall organisation of the day is invariably the best I come across all year - plenty of parking spaces well managed by helpful marshalls, good toilet facilities at the start, friendly, supportive marshalling all the way round, and a great welcome at the end, including nice T shirt.
They obviously have good connections with higher forces as the weather always seems to be kind as well.
Well done on another wonderful day!

In short: Another great NTR IX
In full: Ran this for the first time last year, and was suitably impressed. This year did not dissapoint! Seemless organisation from start to finish, a great course with some challenging sections, and once agagin,a nice t-shirt for all finishers. The adition of chip timing meant that results were instantaneously available in the club house after the race too! Top marks to stratford AC and Threshold events, looking forward to the big 10k and the wobbler!
