In short: Fast route, well-organised.
In full: Great run. Did my personal best! Lot's of water station, although bottles on the ground are a bit dangerous. Great atmosphere. Will be back next year!

In short: The stadium finish was electrifying. it was such a pick up at the end.
In full: Fast, flat and loads of goodies for the tat chasers.
Space blanket was very welcome, the welsh cakes were yummy, the medal nice and chunky.
Downsides - grasscrete and cobbles. Ouch!
Long queue for the free massages

In short: Very fast, well organised and lovely race.
In full: Had a very enjoyable time and managed to beat the rain. Finish in Millenium Stadium was fantastic and the scenery through-out was very nice. Only two minor problems. One, the mile markers at the beginning were confusing. Either the mile two marker was missing or I missed it and all I got were the mile 2 and 3 markers for the full marathon, which were not the same as the half markers and really confused my pace watching for the first three miles. Once I hit the three mile marker for the half, I was good. Finally, the marshalls at the finish had us standing around for ages while they manually wrote down the order of the finishers. There was some confusion and I just got fed up, grabbed my medal and kept on moving to avoid my legs cramping up. It was a shameful conclusion to an otherwise excellent run.

In short: Well organised around a very flat course through some of Cardiff's best views. Most of the mile markers (for the Half at least) spot on compared to my Garmin.
