In full: This is one of my local Races but due to calender clashes I have never been able to do it, this year I was free and enjoyed myself emensly especially the off road section which can often be not to everyones taste.
The start is quirky but no different to the Tulip 10k in Spalding. Organisers made everyone feel welcome no matter what the standard of their running and over 520 on the start line in a small rural village close to Peterborough. Great Day out

In short: Good local race
In full: Good local race, clubby but well organised. Course is flat but twisty first km and off-road section slow things down a bit.

In short: Great race and thanks for the PB!
In full: It was an excellent race to have been in. However i was a disapointed when two cars pushed there way through as we was just about to start. Other than that, thanks for allowing me to beat my personal best by 1 minute and 4 seconds!!

In short: Excellent race if a little dull scenery
In full: Very well organised race but the route was a little odd as we had to go through some tight turns straight after the start and then navigate cars, vans etc. Other than that very good.

In short: Well organised, scenic race
In full: Enjoyed the scenery and the race was well organised.
Experience only spolied by the selfish actions of 2 NVH runners deciding to do their cool down by running back into the course at the slower runners.

In short: Love this race, route could do with some work (see longer review). Best of all was the beer nice touch probably made this the most expensive bottle of beer I hav had in this country, but the empty will have pride of place with my other memorobilia f
In full: OK so the route I think could do with some thinking, the start is followed after about 10m with a hard right turn round a small close of 'little close' cars and vans all parked on the road and 500 runners trying to establish their pace and positioning didn't quite work (and I was toward the front). But saying all that the course is great organisation fantastic.

I will deffinately be back for next year even if the route is the same.
