In short: Nice Tshirt
In full: This is the only race tshirt that I know I'll wear(besides Nike ones). Good support from the marshalls. The weather was a bit miserable but if it had been Saturday we would be complaining it was too hot!

PS - Finsbury park has hills and all races around this park follow the same lap circuit.

In short: More downhill than up, but. two tough inclines that you really feel after three and a half laps.

In short: Good to have organised run in my local park
In full: Missed out on the t-shirt (where were they?) and it was a bit nippy but otherwise really enjoyed this.

In short: The T-shirt of the season
In full: Good organisation, including quick posting of results at londonheathside.org.
It's practically all hill though, so great practice for how to run up and down hills, and how to pace yourself over the five miles.
Good timing in the FLM training programme for a bit of a change from the long Sunday run.

In short: nice race
In full: I enjoyed this race. The hills were nice, I didn't think they were too hard, but it was nice not having a completely flat course. Good race, I'd do it again.
