In short: Rubbish route...
In full: Too much waiting around at the beginning, route was dull and poorly lit. Route was very narrow in places. Concert at the start? Why???

In short: Poor organisation, lack of communication, boring tedious route and it poured with rain - Pretty crap really!
In full: Billed as "the event of the year" and in reality nowhere near it. Very little information about the event - not even the start time. We had to be inside the stadium by 6pm ... the 1st wave didn't start until 7.30pm (although no-one actually knew that). We were then subjected to nearly 2 hours of loud trashy music. Why? I entered a 10K run, I didn't ask for some lousy concert as well. It was certainly well below par on what Nike have done in the passed. Whichever bigwig at Nike came up with this event needs to take a raincheck (literally). The weather was dry until we started running then it chucked it down. No goody bag this year, no medal (yet this was stated when I signed up for it "a medal to all finishers" - as in previous years) and all we got was a cheap, tacky, ill-fitting tee shirt. Having paid £30 to enter, it really wasn't worth it. If you can't improve next year then don't bother to organise anything at all.

In short: Too much hanging around, poor course, but hey got inside Wembley!!
In full: All said before really - a corporate marketing event billed as a fun run so what can you expect? It worked well enough and hope the first itmers enyoyed it! Downsides - too much waiting before hand while the bads played on, terrible course, too many tight narrow corners aound an industrial wilderness - good job it was dark! Was in wave 2 which started late enough and felt sorry for the people in waves 3&4 who were still running while I was heading back to the tube at 21:30. Upside: decent organisation, cheerful marshals and staff, got to see the inside of Wembley stadium and a half decent race time.

In short: 10k race or concert?
In full: Didn't appreciate having to wait 2 1/2 hours before the start listening to a band I don't like, thank god I was in the 1st wave. On the plus side both the long and short sleeved shirts are good for running in and it was good to see the new stadium. Too many sharp turns and switchbacks for a PB.

In short: Really Funny
In full: You miserable lot! The Nike World Domination 10 K machine rolls into Wembley and you expect a fantastic race? England play at Wembley and they're crap as well!! I think I kind of enjoyed it in a weird unexplainable way. The route WAS really bad, the whole thing WAS drawn out and I was bored most of the time, the music was a bit pointless etc, but so what? We got to run, we crossed the line. There will be more races, we can choose which ones we do and which ones we give a miss. Look forward to the next run, just laugh it off! Everyone finds faults but just get on with it and laugh about it over a nice beer in the pub. We run for the enjoyment of it and in a really perverse, masochistic way that race was a CLASSIC!!!!

In short: Enjoyed it!!!
In full: Myself and my boyfriend did this race as our first 10k and thoroughly enjoyed it. We travelled down to Wembley from Worcestershire and thought it was well worth the trip. We're used to having to run in the dark anyway so that didn't really bother us and having never run in London before we didn't really know what to expect from the route. Pendulum weren't really to my taste but it didn't take away our enjoyment of the whole event. We've now entered a local 10k in a couple weeks and are hoping we'll enjoy that as much as we did this event.

In short: Horrible scenery. Too narrow track
In full: Great to be inside Wembley and for £30 a Pendulum and Moby concert plus 3 Nike dryfit t-shirts, you can say it's pretty good value.

That's it and it doesn't offset 3+ hours wait, horrible scenery, narrow and twisting track making it impossible to overtake and make any decent time.

Next year I rather run my favorite 10k route with my Nike+ and upload the result.
