In short: Great fun, well organised, nice route, good value
In full: Exceeded my expectations. Vary well organised. Definately running the other races in the series to see if i can improve my time. Great fun and good atmosphere for a 400-500 runner event.

In short: No refunds or transfers to second round
In full: I did the 10k race in 2010 as my first ever 'race', and it was a really good experience. I had planned to do all 3 this year and have entered for the upcoming 10k. However, a few days ago I pulled a calf muscle and phoned JustRacingUK to request that they kindly transfer my entry to the second round as I wouldn't be fit for this one, a simple request I would've thought as I wasn't asking for my money back. Despite giving 5 days notice of my injury, they were unhelpful and unwilling to offer me anything other than "if you don't run you lose your money" essentially. I feel a tad annoyed with this as it is hardly a major hardship to just transfer to the next round in 3 weeks time. I'm not bothered about the £12 quid...it's the principle and their "computer says no" attitude. As a result I'll not be taking part in this event in future.

In short: Great organisation, plenty of mud, evil hill, great fun
In full: This was my first multi-terrain and loved it. 3 laps of the same course. Had just the right mix of mud and hills to challenge and paths to recover. Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely run again
