In short: Excellent organisation. The course is undulating on quiet country lanes. The marshalls were friendly. The goody bag and momento was worth the effort of running 10 miles. I'll be back next year

In short: First time and will be back!
In full: First time at this event and I enjoyed it! Very well organised, big thanks to the marshalls, very encouraging, particularly enjoyed the music at mile 6/8, can I put in a request for The Killers next year! Loved the momento, the metal running shoe, it now has pride of place on my bookshelf!

In short: A very well organised event
In full: This was my first time at this event and I was impressed with the organisation which was excellent (they even managed to organised decent weather!!)

The route was very pleasent, undulating but not too challenging and the marshalls were all very friendly and enthusiastic.

Nice touch to have a trophy rather than the standard medal at the end and the use of paper goodie bags was certainly very good.

In short: Great race, friendly and well organised
In full: Very good race to liven up January. It stayed dry, with almost no wind. Excellent organisation and marshalling. Only one niggle: not sure a Mars Bar and packet of crisps were the best choice for the goody bag (I ate them though!). Otherwise, top marks

In short: Perfect race if you're planning a spring marathon
In full: I enjoyed this race, there were some nice touches with a very big and competitive field.

Perfect start for my 2011 races and a nice build up towards half and full marathon distance.

Thanks marshalls for your enthusiastic support! I'll be doing this again.

In short: Well organised run and great course
In full: Really glad I ran this race. Well organised from start to finish, very scenic course, well marshalled with a special big thanks to the two Marshall's jumping up and down shouting encouragement with Eye of The Tiger blaring out, great work, loved it!

The course is challenging, there is not one individual steep hill just smaller ones but frequent over the distance with enough to make you puff hard. There is a great chance of a PB too although you may feel the back of your calves the next day if aiming for it!

Really quiet country lane course with hardly any traffic, slightly chilly on the day but dry, would be a challenge on a windy one. Nice momento at the end of the race and a goody bag too.

Tea and cakes from the village hall for sale as well as a BBQ for hot dogs etc at the end.

Well done to all involved in organising this race, I had a great time.

In short: Well organised event, the only problem could be January weather
In full: A very nice, community-feeling event. Lots of marshalls, some scenery (riverfront was unexpected), very quiet roads - well, it is Norfolk after all. The weather was quite peaceful in 2011, no complaints. A souvenir in the goody bag is perhaps not in the best taste, unless you like keeping cast models of trainers in a display cabinet. Overall - a fairly pleasant way to spend a Sunday in January.
