In short: A Good Day
In full: A good generally well organised race. I agree with earlier comments about what goody bags, finished well up the field but wasnt offered a goody bag and didnt even know there were any. But banana and choc bar were nice finish items. Overall, very enjoyable course and will be back next year!

In short: Very Scenic and nice challenging course
In full: Hot day, nicely undulating, was willing the 7 mile drink station to come, but it was closer to 8 mile. Locals with hosepipes etc were very welcome.

In short: The most scenic road race in the Midlands !
In full: A wonderful race around country lanes, through scenic villages and past timber framed cottages. Reasonably hilly, and the weather was warm again this year, but I guess my major reason for struggling was that this was my 15th race in 29 days. Excellent organisation - shame about the over officious timekeepers who apparently disqualified the runner-up because he jumped the start by half a second. On a 9 mile road race - come on ?

In short: really good event
In full: really enjoyable race - i found the first 5 miles and the last mile quite challenging esp in the sun but this made for a good varied run. i think runners would have benefited from some additional marshals though as occassionally i found myself moving from the left to right hand side of the road because other runners ahead of me were, for no apparent reason!

In short: Extremely Well Organised Race
In full: My first 9 mile race ... usually only do 10K or 1/2 marathons.

Very pleased with time of 1h 16m ... especially as it was so hot.

Good to see people with hosepipes ! Very much appreciated.

Goody bags? What goody bags? Didn't know there were any.... I was pleased with my medal, bar of choc and banana

In short: I can see clearly now the rain has gone!
In full: Very enjoyable race. Interesting course - not too hilly (seemed to be more downhill bits than uphill bits!!), lots to look at on the way round and well supported with marshalls etc.

In short: A very good race
In full: This race was very well organised, its just a shame there wasn`t enough goody bags for all runners, Thankyou to all marshalls for your support on route especialy those at the water stations, despite the recent wet weather this was a very hot day, well done to all those runners who wanted to get under 65 mins with me, I enjoyed your company as my running buddy is injured @ the moment, see you all next year.
