In short: A really enjoyable race, thanks to all involved.
In full: As said before the start could have been better organised but the race itself was really enjoyable. Lots of well wishers and encouragement from marshalls, and many thanks to the lovely children with drinks and the man with the hose.
What a goody bag too, other races could learn alot from this one.

In short: Poor organisation spoilt what could be a great race
In full: The start was poorly organised, with runners not knowing which way to go at the start. There was also confusion with the marshalls; one runner at the front was sent the wrong way.

If they get this sorted out it will be a really good race. The course is lovely. Nice goody bag.

In short: Excellent race Great memento Paperweight
In full: Excellent course the hill on the last mile is a killer. Goody bag very good , the paperwight makes a fantastic change from medals that will not be shoved into a draw and forgotton.
The only thing I would change is for the annoucers at the start to have a megaphone or pa system because it was hard to hear the announcements.
I would definately do this race next year

In short: Blimey that goody bag was heavy!!!
In full: Fantastic race. Lovely scenery thru chocolate box villages and especially liked the trail run past the lake. All the marshalls were friendly and helpful. The start was a bit hectic but that had more to do with the football pitch being out of bounds. Great goody bag with lots of treats and a nice trophy/memento for all finishers. Well done to all!

In short: Best Midlands race for massage by far.
In full: Great race. First time I have ventured above my usual 10k for 20 years!! But it was fine.
The free before and after leg massage by Solihull College sport therapy team was really really good. I feel great.

In short: Great run. Well-organised. More loos for the women needed!
In full: Great goody-bag at the finish. Better than lots of half-marathons I've run and paid lots more for!

In short: A great race, well organised, marshalls helpful, friendly & encouragingg
In full: Lovely course (not spoiled by only brief views of the M42), a bit narrow in places but that's OK, scenic and interesting.
Finish was a little awkward because of the reseeding of the footie pitches.
Very nice and unusual paperweight memento - wouldn't want to start a collection of them though!
Good to see locals, marshalls and runners all cheering everybody on.

In short: A good scenic race, with playful challenges.
In full: Overall a good race, a couple of teething problems at the beginnig, trying to orgainse everyone at the start. Next time have a megaphone. A good challenging route, just a bit confusing with runners in front swapping sides on the roads. Good off road bit near to the finish and well marshalled. Agree with the toilet situation for women. Lovely goody bag, cholcolate needed at the right time.
