In short: Fantastic first marathon!
In full: I only intend to do one marathon, and I'm glad I chose Chester for it. The course was scenic and the support was excellent which was very uplifting. And it was brilliant to finish at the grandstand and hear my name over the loud tannoy!
Thanks to the organisers and the wonderful volunteers and supporters.
The only reason I wouldn't do it again is that I won't be doing any more marathons!

In short: AWSOME!
In full: This was my first Marathon and WONT be my last. Organisation was fab, Support excellent, Drink Stations were brill. The Marshalls were excellent very supportive and locals were out giving us tired runners full support. Hearing our names being cheered following by positive comments made me emotional at some points and vowing to return for more! Towards the end was just great! entering the racecourse heading towards the grandstand gave me the sence of "being special" "This is my time" And boy that was a great feeling. Great Medal, Great Tech long sleave T and great goody bag! Thanks MBNA, Marshalls and locals for a fantastic Day. A day I will never forget!
