In short: Hard for a first race but a great challenge if you can do the hill from hell you can do anything.
In full: My first race loved every stride of it even on the hill from hell(i am sure i passed mountain goats near the top its that steep).Well organized great marshalls and spectators. Cant forget the sound T shirt and the fantastic cakes that are there in the community centre after the race that make this race worth running. Go for it you will love it!!!.

In short: Well worth doing, a good early year challenge, Don't expect a fast time.
In full: Very friendly and well organised. Hard course.
The gents urinals are quite innovative. Some of the best value pot race food anywhere. (These last 2 points are not connected !)

In short: Very enjoyable race, but hills were tough, I carried on running up the hill from hell and as a result struggled afterwards.. Well organised and friendly, many thanks to the organisers.

In short: Good organisation, well marshelled, testing route, very friendly.
In full: Very good race, pre and post massage a bargin at £2:50. Police marshelled course where traffic was busy. Very nice long sleeved t shirt at finish and very respectably priced tea/coffees at race hq. Not a route for total beginners, but very satisfying if you get a decent time as it's all up or down all the way round.
