In short: Forget Reading, Forget Bath, do this one. Its well run, friendly and fast.
In full: Best Half I've done. Field size manageble, Marshalling superb, polite and friendly. Course as flat as a pancake. I can now say that the best half Marathon is on my doorstep.

In short: Fast friendly blustery course
In full: Very well marshalled - but didn't hear the start. The weather was something-else but still managed to smash a 4 year old PB! Excellent!

In short: Fast flat course but watch out for the weather!
In full: Definate PB potential but the weather has a bearing on that! I was 1.15 up on my best time after 5 miles then turned into a very strong wind. PB gone. Well organised and friendly atmosphere and very good value for money. (£9 unaffiliated). A selection of cakes and tea at the end was a nice touch. I'll be back next year.

In short: We had wind, we had sun, we had rain, and did I mention the wind?
In full: Well organised event and an absolute bargain for £7. Marshalls were very helpful and the atmosphere was good. Only real down side was that the changing and loo facilities at race HQ were on the limited side. The weather definitely affected my time, but was pleased with the result.

In short: Great race, okay weather was a problem, but was the same for everyone. Great organisation, will definitely do it again.
In full: Best half marathon I have done for a few years. Loud speaker could have been useful at start but other than that, marshalls very supportive, no problems at water stations, good parking facilities, nice size field of runners. Value for money rather than the expensive sponsered races. Weather could not be helped, (what do you expect at this time of year) and will definitely be back next year.

In short: Great run, Shame about the weather!
In full: Well organised and well marshalled, very strong wind and driving rain made for difficult running after 6 miles but that's no-ones fault. Very friendly atmosphere and a very enjoyable run. Will definitely be back next year.

In short: This could definitely be a PB course but for (yet another year) of wind in your face between about miles 5 and 10, as evidenced by slow times in results. Also starting gun went off without warning, catching most out! Hope no wind next year!
