In short: Good race but too slow and you miss out...
In full: I felt it was reasonably well organised, though not as flat as I'd been led to believe. Tough two laps for slower runners, and the 10mile lucozade had run out by the time we got there. However, being slow had one advantage - no queueing through finishing funnel! But no foil blankets either!
I recommend paying a few quid extra for 1st class train seat, well worth it.
I'll be back, but only because I can combine it with a girlie catchup and shopping trip with friends.

In short: 2 mins off PB, what's all the fuss about!?!
In full: 3rd time running in Bath, think that the organisation has got slightly better each time - so can't wait for 2020!

Always going to be crowded at start/finish, not sure this should be a surprise to anyone - we do want a race that starts and finishes in the city centre after all.

Crowds noticably larger this year, could still do with 'loosening up' a little though I think.

In full: My 1st time at a half and very enjoyable all the way around. The crowds kept me going throughout with some lovely touches (drums at Queens Square & radio stations/jelly babies on the quiet Lower Bristol Road) meant I was consistently ahead of predicted times and came in at 6 minutes ahead of schedule, yay! Surprised that the crowds didn't really disperse the whole way around, but that was a good thing, as everyone was in fine spirits with the great conditions and you could easily pass people if you wanted to. I was warned it would take up to 10 mins to get through start and it was actually 8 from orange, but it was slow at the end, when you need to rush through to get food and warmth! I got a blanket and small shirt, so no worries there, but would have loved some choc or energy bars in the bag. Overall very good fun and as soon as I finished I could feel myself saying 'next year...' when I only planned on doing this once, so that must be good.

In short: Fantastic local support around the course makes you forget about standing around for 30mins in cold at start and finish.....almost!
In full: Uplifting support practically the whole way around the course & fantastic organisation at water/lucozade stations - I was smiling most of the way around the course - fantastic! It was cold at the start, but you could overlook that if you weren't reminded of it again at the end by being made to stand still for 30mins - no foil blankets - with legs getting stiff whilst waiting for a goody bag - many people were told they had run out of small sized T-shirts so were cold and clutching a large T-shirt goody bag. I agree with earlier comments about mp3 players - either ban them properly or don't bother - mutterings from other runners who had kept to the ban and who would have rather run with music. If you just focus on the race then it was great - shame the other things feature here at all.

In short: Too many runners!!
In full: Far too many runners!! Not sure if they lied on their form, but I overtook thousands of people and I was only in green!! Too congested in getting to the start line. More toilets were needed for ladies - the "extra toilets" they provided seemed to be only for men - I found this out after queueing for 10mins, so I had to go and queue again!!!!
Finish was ok for me as I was near the top, so I did get the foil and no congestion at the end. Liked the t-shirt and good to have different sizes - not like FLM or Silverstone where everyone has XXL!! Agree on the food in the bag - needed a snack!! I will probably not be back as I found this too big for me! Glad I tried it though!

In full: Disorganised and slow start. Over-crowding at the end end meaning it was hard to walk to cool down. They ran out of Lucozade at one point and silver blankets at the end.

In short: Really fun run
In full: I had a great time. The crowd are probably the best I've come across in any run that I've done. The other runners were really friendly and I ended up running the whole course with a lady I met at mile 2. This has been the most enjoyable half marathon I've done. There were plenty of drink stations on route and these were generally well organised.

On the downside, the end was chaotic. It was so cold and we had to stand around for a long time waiting for the medals and goody bags. I didn't see any foil blankets and with it being so cold, they really were needed!
