In short: Did Relay, fab race will be back for more next year
In full: Great fun, wonderful scenery which takes your mind off the hills (I did leg 3 which was more than a little 'undulating').

As others have said, baggage & T-shirt pick-up was a little frustrating but it didn't spoil a wonderful day.

In short: This is what running is all about!
In full: Excellent route with superb views, but to get the views you have to climb the hills....! Route marking was perfect and plenty of drinks stations. Only downside was the chaotic finish trying to get bags and T shirts, not what you need at the end of a tough marathon. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security after this year - the conditions couldn't have been more conducive to long distance trail running. Bring on the wind and rain. I'll be back!

In short: Fantatsic Off road marathon
In full: Well, its the 4th time i had done this, and the organisation (as well as the weather) just gets better and better. In a nutshell, a very well organised, tough but scenic off road marathon. Very friendly, but no PB potential unless its your first marathon. Friendly marshalls, lots of water station, and good mix of people. Would recommend for definite

In short: Challenging point to point offroad event taking in attractive countryside and more than the odd hill
In full: This is a tough course but the scenic route did help to distract from the pain. The actual race was well organised and marshalled, but there was alot of waiting around for the baggage and t-shirt at the end. Having survived this tough marathon, I personally feel that a medal rather an a t-shirt is more appropriate. Otherwise, a good event.

In short: Relay - Great Fun Event. Hard course but scenery makes up for it. Well Organised.
In full: I took part in the relay event. Very well organised given the task of getting through the narrow country lanes between changes. A totally enjoyable day with a friendly atmosphere.

In short: A tough but scenic and friendly race.
In full: This took me nearly an hour longer than a normal marathon and had some killer hills but it was a fantastic experience.

In short: A great outing!
In full: This is a great race and I shall add it to my calendar. Not quite sure what my £13 is paying for - that's nearly in BUPA territory (well, not quite, but it's more than the £6 - £8 that most local events cost.

In short: A slog through tough countryside - don't be fooled by the track runner foto on the brochure!
In full: The 2004 race was dogged by bad weather, but it was always going to be a battle against the elements with this race. If you're out for a PB or even just a solid road race, this is definitely NOT the run for you: It's hilly, full of stiles, and very muddy if it's been raining. If getting down and dirty off the road is your sort of thing, then this give Clarendon a go.
