In short: Good race
In full: Good race. Weather a little annoying. It would have been nice if it was a one lap course - considering the rural setting, I can't see it being that hard. Couldn't help but feel all the twists and turns in the showground part of the course could have been simplified, especially all the sharp turns near the end. A long 'home strait'-style finish would have been better.

In short: Well done CONAC- good race.
In full: I was very impressed. Organisation was good, start was grouped by time. Lots of water stations, friendly marshals, even a decent amount of support, despite the weather! Good medal and decent t-shirt too.

I like this race a lot (apart from the horrid 13th mile!) and would do it again. I hope they get to do a city centre and surrounds race next year- I'd definetely be back.

Want to give a special thanks to all the marshals and people who did the water stations. it must have been horrible, but thank you.

In short: Good organisation, friendly race, enjoyed very much despite weather
In full: Very friendly crowd and marshalls, thoroughly enjoyed despite awful weather conditions.
Muddy car park made things difficult.
Definitely would do it again!

In short: Well organised, good course, great support, Very wet!!, PB, overall I 'd recommend this event to runners of all abilities.
In full: Never mind the weather, this race was well organised, good fun and the support around the course although drenched was enthusiastic. The race numbers slowly disintegrated when they got wet so perhaps need re-thinking for next year.Well done to CONAC and Larking & Gowen for the large increase in entries this year.

In short: Excellent race!! Well organised and lots of encouragement from the marshallers and people manning the water stations.
In full: Well worth the trip to Norwich! Arrived early (as suggested) which was the right thing to do as traffic was v heavy (unfortunately delayed the start by 10 mins - but not the organisers fault). It was a very well laid out two lap course that gave good views of the local area. Although the weather did slow me a bit, thankfully I still posted a respectable time (I think). I think the only minor problem I had with the facilities I had was the parking and getting to the and from the car as we were all sinking in the mud! But apart from that I will definately be doing it again next year - well done!

In short: well worth the trip
In full: Who else but us runners would turn up in weather like today on a Sunday morning. But that is what makes me proud to be a runner. The comradie between us all was great and I am so proud to have run in awful conditions. thankyou so much to the marshalls who had to stand around and thankyou to those who came out to cheer us on. A wonderful run and will certainly be back. My friend whose 1st half it was is looking forwad to doing another. Well done to all those who ran.

In short: excellently organised race
In full: an excellently organised race good distance marking with excellent first aid at regular distances which was very re-assuring for my friend i was running with as he has had a triple heart bypass op. Shame about the horrendous weather which got worse on the second lap. Excellent support from marshall & the general public. Would definately do it again
