In short: Well organised, solid race. Shame some of the course is XC! In full: Needs to be clearer that the roman road you run along is in fact a slippery, muddy, track for which xc shoes would be more suited. If only it wasn't there . . . Having said that. overall enjoyed the race Date of review: February 20, 2005

In short: The off road section was a little tough, although not as bad as I thought it was going to be. The wind was the worst part and slowed most people right down. That was tough. Unfortunately the toilet and shower facilities were poor. Date of review: August 24, 2004

In short: Disappointing the course has changed. Previously a PB course but mixed terrain and mainly uphill for opening 4/5 miles scupper that opportunity. Wouldn't recommend it, but well organised anyway. Date of review: August 24, 2004
