In short: Excellent race. Crowd and supporters along the way were great. Scenery was fab. No Meddle though ? A great day!

In short: challenging, as ever. Excellent organisation- even a sofa for the tired !
In full: A well laid out and smoothly-run race. Marshals cheery and helpful - a real credit to the Striders. Tough in places, but lovely autumnal scenery. The sofa was a nice touch at 10 miles, mind!

In short: Hilly and stretching - but excellent organisation
In full: Having read previous reviews I was expecting killer hills - and I wasn't disappointed! The first 1.5 miles was all up hill, and there were a fair few other steep uphills too. The good news is that they were matched by equally as steep downhill descents too.

Knocked 10 mins off my PB (last mile and a half downhill may have helped this!)

Scenery was glorious - gorgeous autumn colours along country lanes. Couple of road floods added an extra dimension.

Organisation was fantastic - ample stewards in Marlow town and along the course. Very well signposted - lots of parking and the goody bag was welcome too. Nice t-shirt as a memento. Would recommend!

In short: My 4th Marlow Half marathon and still enjoyable. 1 minute of my Hald PB
In full: This was a toughy. Having done it a few times before I knew what was coming but the hill at mile 8 was tough.
I still managed to be only 1 minute off my half pb so very pleased.
This is a regular on my training calander

In short: Excellent organisation, beautiful Chiltern hills
In full: Really enjoyed this race, a big thanks to the supportive and helpful marshalls. Well organised, with an excellent results service.

The course was beautiful, running through the Chiltern beech woods, although the hills were tough, especially at mile 8. Despite that I managed a PB; in particular many runners must have managed as 6 minute mile on that last downhill section!

In short: Fabulous scenery and challenging course. Weather not as nice this year.
In full: Wonderful race, very satisfying and terrific scenery. Organisation was fantastic and will definitely be back next year. Only gripe is not getting a medal as my kids always want them and were disappointed!
