In short: Fantastic well organised and planned event! Great scenery and fabulous atmosphere
In full: Chester people came out and cheered us all on magnificently! Chester Racecourse was very welcoming and very well organised. Householders even set up extra drink stations and handed out jelly beans and other great fuel! Well done @ ChesterMarathon, Chester Half Marathon. Will be returning next year?

In short: A fantastic smooth running event with plenty of volunteers and fantastic support along a good course.
In full: A well organised event with a great atmosphere. Great course with plenty of marshals and volunteers manning the route. The drinks stations were well manned and easy to use. There was an amazing atmosphere at the finish with unbelievable support from the crowd. My only negative points would be the time taken to get away from the racecourse after the race, and not being able to see the race clock at the finish. I think this should be above the line in full view on the final straight. This could make a difference for someone chasing a pb.

In short: Excellent race, excellent atmosphere, superbly organised
In full: Very well organised event with a fantastic atmosphere.

Nice scenic course that was gently undulating apart from the last hill back into the City centre at the end but the crowd was fantastic.

There were plenty of loos available at the start so the queues never got too bad, which is very rare at races.

After finishing the organisation was second to none. The medal & t-shirt were very good.

Being over critical, there were only a few minor negative points, the goody bag could have been a bit better. From getting into my car it took well over 40 minutes to get off the racecourse. Finally, the gel station was originally supposed to be at around the half way stage but it was actually at about 11 miles which is far too late. These minor points however did not spoil what was an overall excellent event.
