In short: Fantastic atmosphere, well organised, fun ambiance and supportive marshalls and music along a fast flat course and hot showers to finish. First time but will def be back next year!

In short: Fantastic race - and a PB as well
In full: Brilliant event, don't run many 10K's but managed a PB by over a minute. Entertainment excellent especially Samba band. Tempted to come dressed up as a Dog next year and win the £200 first prize rather than killing myself for a PB!

In short: A absolute must for any runner
In full: This is one of those events that keeps you comin back for more! These atmosphere was fantastic and all the pre race communication was superb.
The entertainment around the course was great, from the cadets to the serenading Elvis under the pier, and absolutely loved the samba band pity they couldnt run round with us.
Im going to be showing off my tshirt and medal for months, bring on Mad Dog 4!!!
Definately worth entering and I will be coming back for more.
