In short: Nice local race
In full: Nice local race. The course was mildly challenging in places, a few inclines and lots of twists and turns on the cycle paths, but this was more than made up for by the great organisation, the excellent marshals and kids from the rugby club high fiving the runners!

In short: Call that undulating? :)
In full: Was hillier than I expected but that's what you get when you use vague words like undulating! My Garmin reckons on nearly 2000 feet of elevation gain over the course. That however is the only gripe and who really cares?

The scenery was a pleasant surprise, the marshalling was excellent and very encouraging (especially the two guys shouting out numbers somewhere near the end). The support by the rugby club was uplifting. The whole event was very well organised and offered excellent value for money. The wet sponges were very welcome and a nice touch.

I was five minutes off my PB but that can be attributed to the hills!

I will be adding this one to my calendar for next year.

Well done!

In short: A nice, well organised half marathon. A nice sunday morning race.
In full: Enjoyed this one, well done to everyone involved. Well run, organised and marshalled. Good to see a race having a sensible limit on participants which makes thing much better for everybody. Other big races could learn a lot from Bracknell.

In short: One underpass too many? A well organised race showing off the best of Bracknell
In full: Having lived in Bracknell, I was surprised and relieved that the course was mostly along wooded footpaths through the estates and out of town. Quite twisty and turny in parts and the final few underpasses became a little bit of a drag. There were enough drinking stations, all well laid out and supported, but one more at the 9-11 mark would have been appreciated. Good finish area, but could we omit that short sharp hill at the very end next year? Made a PB by 3-mins, so I'll be back next year for more.
