In short: December on an airfield will always be challenging, despite the lack of hills! Nice sized field, with enough people as rubbish as me, so it wasn't too dispiriting! Very friendly , encouraging marshalls. Well worth the effort before Christmas!!

In short: My 1st time here and already a favourite!
In full: The rain and high winds just seemed to disappear prior to the race start- a bonus to a very well-organised race. Not as flat as I'd been led to believe- a steady rise to the airfield? but what great safe running for nearly 5K of the race around the airfield's perimeter.
Well marshalled, what a friendly bunch, and 1st class facilities at the race HQ. Well done to all involved- I will definitely be back for more!

In short: Seems to only get better every year! One of my favourites
In full: Loved this 10k and getting a PB from it was a bonus! As always brilliantly organised and with wonderful, encouraging marshals.
Organisers even got the rain to stay away for the duration of the run ... pure genius!!
Best memento ever too!
Thanks again for a fab race - which is already in my calendar for next year!

In short: Well organised with good PB potential - if the wind stays away
In full: I'd like to thank all the marshalls and organisers of this years event. Although, miraculously, it was dry for the race itself there had been very heavy rain beforehand so settimg up the course must have been a nightmare.

In short: Flat, fast and fun
In full: Good organisation, great fairy cakes and showers at the end (?!). Agree the start surprised me a bit too - the gun fired before we were all there. The bit round the airfield was tough against the wind, but super signage and marshalling. Got a PB too - what more can you ask?

In short: Good flat course and great PB potential. Good memento for all finishers
In full: Good course. Was a bit suprised at the start as the gun went before a lot of people were even lined up at the start. Apart from that the rest of the race was great and very well marshalled.
