In short: very windy today but a great sunday morning run!
In full: This would have to be the perfect road race for me very flat, but today very window and I did find it a little hard at times to keep my balance as the wind hits you side on from the fields but regardless a PB!

In short: Fairly flat ten-miler, roads open to traffic, good organisation.
In full: Very similar to the Canterbury 10, only without the big hill and the roads aren't closed to cars. Was a bit windy, guess that's due to the open fields all around. No goodie bag or fruit at the end, but a nice medal and plenty of water around the course and at the end.

In short: Very flat course (biggest hill is a road bridge!) and definately PB territory. However, very cold in the wind/snow with little shelter. Starts/Finishes in a nice village hall, so no probs changing.
